Shipping Policy

Shipping for all orders made through online within our website and all prices are in Indian Rupees inclusive of VAT. After your order and payment confirmation, we will ship your products next day. If you give us an incorrect delivery address/contact number and a parcel is returned to us or undelivered because of that incorrect address we reserve the right to charge additional postage to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.

Delivery Time

Normally you will get product on next of purchase date. In some cases it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return Policy

We, at Brown Basket, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer exchanges unless the product was:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • If a faulty piece was delivered
  • Order error
  • Received wrong product

For a smooth return process, please make sure to fill the returns form carefully, filling each and every detail correctly. Failure to do so may result in the product not being returned / exchanged. To request a refund for defective goods, simply contact us with your purchase details. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds will be processed within a period of 15 days. We will take the returned product and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your store credit account on the site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:

  • Damages due to mishandling of product
  • Products with tampered or missing labels
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
